I can truly call myself an experienced food allergy educator. My 20+ years experience as a Educator, put together with 10 years as a one-on-one aide for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders and most importantly, my experience as a mother to a child with mega food allergies and intolerances have led me to this place.
It's a place of HAVING to share the wealth of experience I've gathered thus far. A place for all to spread their wings, grab a branch and reach for the skies.
